Autumn Canvas on Domestically BlissfulHow about some Autumn-inspired stitching? Isn’t it funny how the end of Summer turns on a dime, and suddenly we’re filled with thoughts of fall? That’s ok, because who doesn’t love fall? And you’ll love these ideas I’ve found around the web for you!

This Autumn Canvas Tutorial on Domestically Blissful is perfectly simple and sweet. What I love most about  ideas like these is how easy they are to customize. In lieu of jute, you could easy try some fall-themed DMC threads, or I would also love to see a chunky size #3 Pearl Cotton in 51, a gorgeous variegated shade that pictures all the beautiful colors of autumn!

Autumn Bucket List on OktoberdotsI’m in love with this Autumn Bucket List on Oktoberdots – as you make your way through the Fall, why not print this out and check off your progress!

The illustrations are so sweet, I can see this as an embroidered piece – you can stitch each motif to “check it off” of your Autumn Bucket List!

Braid and Chain Friendship Bracelet on Dream a Little BiggerYou all know I’m a big fan of friendship bracelets, and this Braided Chain Friendship Bracelet on Dream a Little Bigger is such a classy, grown-up take on the friendship bracelet trend!

Of course I also love the fall colors that are gracing this idea, and that it’s another lovely way you can quickly craft with a handful of DMC threads.

Apple Hoop Art on Live Laugh RoweThis Apple Hoop Art Tutorial on Live Laugh Rowe is so clever and adorable!

A cute way to modify this idea is to use some bright red Aida cloth as your apple background, then stitch the names of your children on them. I can already picture an adorable wall of these to celebrate back to school!
