These fashions featured at recent shows previewing the 2011 trends are no exception!
Ethnic-inspired designs, large-scale geometrics , colorful graphics and sweet florals are all being interpreted in embroidery on garments from top designers and are used as accents and bold splashes of color, or in larger scale covering a lot of fabric real estate for gorgeous fashion drama.
Embroidered designs are being featured across this year’s bodices, skirts, pants, jackets and dresses. It’s even being featured on the humble t-shirt.
The garments shown here were worked in satin stitch and feature the popular Pantone colors that have been forecasted for Spring 2011 by Vogue Knitting.
