Hello Everyone-

I love Mollie Johanson’s blog called Wild Olive. Her cute embroidery patterns with the faces look so great stitched up with DMC Floss or DMC Pearl Cotton. Mollie graciously designed and stitched some adorable cupcake patterns for DMC and I am sharing it with you!

Mollie stitched one of the cupcakes onto a Charles Craft Banded Huck Towel, pick one up here

I have some more exciting news! DMC is sponsoring Mollie’s wonderful embroidery class called “The Embroidery Project”

The Embroidery Project: Beyond Fabric & Floss is a five-week online class that focuses on using new types of media with your embroidery. Fabric and floss will be used in some projects, but Mollie is going to show you how to use other materials such as vinyl, cardboard, wood, ribbon, twine, and more. If you’ve been looking for a way to expand your use of embroidery, or simply try some fun new projects, you’ll love this class! The first four people to sign up for the class receive a special DMC Embroidery Kit, contents slightly vary but it will be packed with wonderful product. Registration will start on Wednesday, June 9 at NOON CST and continue through July 12.

Oh and PS… The first person to comment on this post on the Blog or Facebook will receive half off the admission price for this class! I hope Mollie gets a lot of students to sign up because it sounds like so much fun!

Happy Stitching!

xoxo Emma Broidery
